My Commitment to SNPJ

SNPJ has been a huge part of my life. As a lifelong member of Lodge 138, I've grown up with this organization, built lifelong friendships through it, and have been fortunate to serve in a variety of leadership roles. Serving as your Region 2 Vice President over the past four years has been an honor, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to give back to an organization that has given so much to me.

Outside of SNPJ, I've spent more than twenty years working in information technology, where I've led projects, solved complex problems, and learned the importance of listening, collaboration, and making thoughtful decisions. I strive to bring those same qualities to every board meeting while always respecting the traditions and values that make SNPJ special.

I'm also proud to serve as President of Lodge 138 and District 2 Athletic Director. Those roles have allowed me to stay connected to our members, build lasting friendships across our organization, and better understand the challenges we face together. They've reminded me that the true strength of SNPJ isn't just our traditions - it's our people and the sense of community we share.

More than anything, I want to see SNPJ continue to grow and succeed for future generations. I believe our responsibility is to preserve the traditions that have made SNPJ successful while also ensuring we evolve with the times. Thoughtful modernization - through better communication, responsible use of technology, and new ideas that strengthen member engagement - can help keep SNPJ relevant and financially strong without changing who we are.

It has been a privilege to serve, and I hope to continue giving back to the organization that has meant so much to me throughout my life.
